Last night my son ate well but then he gagged on some mashed potatoes, and it was all over. He has a loose gag reflex, so most of the dinner came right on up!

I had my chili, veggie of course.
Tonight I am making sausage & peppers like at Fenway Park, except with vegetarian sausage (of course!)

Kids had Taco Smell...uh, I mean, Taco Bell! I am having a Healthy Choice frozen dinner: Blackened Chicken. So far it tastes okay....we shall see!!!

Swordfish sounds yummy, never had it! What fish does it taste closest too? Is he grilling it? I am a BIG chic ken when it comes to cooking seafood. I would rather go out to eat and let someone else cook it!

Swordfish is what they call a "meaty" fish, like salmon. It is NOT light & flaky like a flounder or cod. It was delish!

Tonight is Chinese food leftovers for me, and prob Chef Boyardee for my little (almost) 2 year old!
