We had left overs from thanksgiving. Sweet potatoes with pecans, dressing, macoroin and cheese, some ham and turkey, and green bean casserole.

Tonight we are having spaghetti, meatballs, sauce and rolls.

The party last night was wonderful. The chef at the college is really good and cares about what is served. The cheese table had a good variety, there were several different meats available, and the dessert table was luscious. The bartenders knew how to mix drinks appropriately, and the punch fountain contained a non-alcoholic cranberry punch that was refreshing to drink.

I had some chic ken I needed to use, so I bought the en flavor rice-a-roni and made it and added the shredded chic ken while it was boiling. I also served cut up carrots with it. It was pretty good.
