Thanks, Nancy. It was very good. But tonight, it was a "No way in heck was I gonna cook" night! The kids had waffles or Ravioli or leftover taco salad. Me? I had a nice glass of a soft pinot grigio that my DH picked up for me as a surprise.

Last night I made some mock stroganoff and served green beans on the side. Tonight we are having chic-ken vegetable soup with some rolls. It is wet and miserable outside, and not very warm either. Plus, I may end up feeding an extra at dinner tonight.

Tomorrow night is the Staff Christmas Party at the college where my DH works. I get to spend my day running around, then come home and get dressed up for a semi-formal party. Should be fun to dress up for a party again. Last year they served heavy hors-d'oeurves that were plentiful enough to be a meal. I am looking forward to this year's party.

When asked what I do for a living, this year I get to respond, "I am a national columnist." (For any who don't know about my news, it is posted under the pat on your back sectionof the board.)
