Tonight I am making a chi cken stirfry over brown rice and some corn bread.
Last night I made a pork roast with celery, carrots, potatos, turnups and onions, couldnt fit the button mushrooms I planned on adding as I ran out of space in the crockpot.

last night we ending up having a curly pasta with alfredo sauce, and broccilli .with grilled en. It was good. We had a sliver of pumpkin pie for dessert.
We had chic ken and noodles. Quick, easy and yummy.

We are all on different schedules this week. I had some leftover Mexicali casserole for dinner tonight. The DD tried a Hot Pocket Sub (meatball). My DH ate soemthing from some fast food place on the way home from his meeting.
We had some walleye pike my brother caught at Lake Erie. Oh it was terrific. He goes fishing all summer to catch fish. He gets a lot. so he gives me some. We had some sour cream and chives fries. they were good. too. Mouth watering dinner.
I am on a bread and melted cheese diet today. I think I am coming down with something. I thought it was the front that is now moving through my area, but I have now had a slight for +2 days, and motrin isn't ing much. It still might be sinus related, but I am no longer as sure about that. I think it is probably a . Yuck! Makes me grateful I haven't had a lot of work come in this week so that I can rest. I am sure I will feel better tomorrow.

We went chinese tonight. I bet I ate a pound of crab legs. Oh my gosh. they were so good. I ate a few fried potatoes, and a couple of fried shrimp. two crab ragoons, and an egg roll. That was plenty. I was so stuffed. Angela, My Mom and My brother and I went. We kind of celebrated my Mom's birthday she will be 88 Friday.
