I made a great tuna casserole topped with cornbread. Burned my hand taking it out of oven though!

Been very busy lately, not to have posted sooner! We had leftover lasagna with bread and a salad ( the DD made it this time) for dinner Wednesday night.

Last night we had fish sticks and tater tots. I worked most of the day yesterday, so I wanted something quick, easy and mindless to make for dinner. And fish sticks and tater tots is the ultimate in that category.

Haven't decided what we are having for dinner tonight. Probably something with en.

Is anyone else being dropped at about page 139 when they click the link to this thread, or is it just me? It has been happening for almost a week now.

Wow I had a great breakfast. My Son in law Rob, cooked me breakfast. He made steak and eggs and he put some peaches all around the eggs and steak, It looked like a chef made it. It was real yummy, Then on another plate he had some biscuts and sauage gravy. I ate it all too. It was wonderful Glad I have such a nice son in law.

some new recipes!

Sweet & Sour meatballs from a Womans Day recipe! (vegetarian adaptation for me!)
We also baked some cranberry oatmeal scones that were delicious! Recipe from the new Good Housekeeping, the one with Dr Phil on the cover.

We were only home for about 45 minutes between places this evening. First Mondays are full enough on their own, and I had work in 3 different cities today on top of that.

I fixed myself a hot pocket, my DH had pizza rolls, and the DD reheated some of last night's left over pizza after we left for chess club.
