Mrs. Fish, that sounds yummy! I will have to remember that for sometime in the next week or so.
Tonight the plan is to have pizza. We are having an Adrian Empire figh-ter practice and information session here at the house this afternoon. Those who wish to stay later for more discussion are invited to chip in for pizza while we all talk.
Anyone wanting more info about the Adrian Empire can go to www.AdrianEmpire.org It is a national, medieval re-creation group and a lot of fun, educational, and extremely family friendly.
I used my casserole dish and made layers of cheese, cooked, broken up spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce w/hamburger and then more cheese. I threw it in the oven until the cheese melted. It was pretty good.
Mrs. Fish, good to see you!

Tonight is a holy day for us. So, we are having a formal dinner (china, candles, etc) at midnight. This year we are having lasagna, garlic bread and a salad. I made the lasagna a Saturday evening and it has been resting in the fridge downstairs since then.
for lunch we had a tuna fish salad sandwhich, and a tossed salad. We are cooking some pumpkin seeds right now. Boy they smell good. We puy Garlic, and olive oil, and chilli powder on them. I will have some as soon as they got done.
We are going to my parents house today for dinner. Every year for Halloween she makes a huge pot of chili and I bake pumpkin pies. After that we get the kids ready to go trick or treating. David is excited, he's 9. Jimmy, guess we will see what happens. He is 2, so hoping that he is not afraid.
Ladyre, that lasagna sounds great.

after the trick or treater got done we went to Arbys. We have a tradition to always go to Arbys. We always have a beef and cheddar. We had curly fries, and a pop. It was real good. We have not had one for a long time.
Last night we had a Tamale pie casserole, and tonight i am thinking either spaghetti and garlic bread or a big pot of Chili with garlic bread, either way we will have the garlic bread .
For Breakfast I will have some ham and eggs. I just got on the computer for a minute to read some mail. then I will get off and eat some eggs, and then preoabably come back on .
We are having stuffed green peppers....or should I say, I am having stuffed green peppers. The kids don't like them. They are having a Lunchable!

The lasagna was good, but we were all really tired by midnight. I made a loaf of Pillsbury Italain Bread, and we skipped the salad. We were all pretty exhausted by the end of the meal and went to bed without doing the .
Next year we will be having our celebration on a weekend instead of the weeknight of Halloween. It was a somewhat subdued meal as we talked about the people we knew who had died - sharing some of our fond memories of them and such.
Tonight we all fended for ourselves, I had a hot pocket sub (meatball and mozzarella), the DD ate pizza rolls, and I have no what the DH fixed himself.
We have plenty of leftover lasagna, maybe we'll eat some of that for dinner tomorrow and I will prepare the salad this time to go with it. I am so glad to be finished with the test the GYN insisted on, because I can eat red meat again.
we ended up having spaghetti. It was pretty good. We did not have much of an appite, Our new born, puppy died . It mother started carring it around, and somehow snapped its neck. She never had pups before, so she does not really know wht t o do. We have to hold her down so the ppup can eat. she don't cooperate much.
Last night for dinner we settled for Ghoulash, and garlic bread, and for breakfast this i had a bowl of fruity pebbles cereal, and for lunch, we had ham sandwhiches, and for dinner to night will be whatever is left of the ghoulash from last night. . very simple
