Well The Kiddos Ate At The Neighbors Last Night And Had Hot Dogs, So I Guess Tonight Is The Corn Dog Night.

nothing interesting at our house. tonight we had left over tacos. Now the tacos are gone. Not sure what we will have interesting tomorrrow. I am getting ready to have healthy creations ice cream bar from Schawns. They are pretty good, they are like orange sherbert or raspberry sherbert.

Since I still can't have any beef, I am making pasta with tomato sauce, bread, and a salad for dinner tonight. I will be making a couple of Italian sausages for the DH to go with his dinner.

Last night we went out to eat at Famous Daves, and brought home alot as well, so we are having left overs, tonight, being the rest of the bbq spare ribs, and steak fries, plus i will open up a can of baked beans.

Well my Son in law Rob, ended up having to go to work, so instead I ended up going to fire mountain with both daughters, and Grand daughter brittany, they had shrimp, clams, mashed potaotes and gravy, Hamburger steak.salad, some fruit, and some sweet potatoes. There was all kinds of stuff to eat yummy.

The Halloween party my DD and I had planned to attend tonight has been cancelled. So, I am probably making one of my chic-ken stove top casseroles.

But, if I get too busy this afternoon, we may end up having fish sticks and tater tots instead.

Well since we have to be out and about today taking the girls to a safe trick or treat at a local foodstore, dh at his brothers and me at a cousins getting more genealogy info ( I will lose all since of time doing this) I hope we can hit the chinese resturant on the way home. fingerscrossed

As I was working on the lasagna for Monday night's midnight feast at about 5:30 this evening, my DH surprised me with an offer to go to Subway to get the whole family dinner. I promptly turned off the oven (we were going to have fish sticks) and wrote out for him the type of sub I wanted. It was great not having to cook dinner tonight.

I still had the

to do from making the lasagna though.

However, that was a small price to pay for a wonderful surprise.

amy got home from nail school and did not want to cook, Her ex took brittany for McDonalds so she While you are there pick us up a big mac meal, I ended up with a quarter pounder meal.
