tonight we are having Chicken sauted and with onions, cooked with some alfredo sauce, and poured over some egg noodles. , Maybe later we will have some sugar free moose track ice cream.

Tonight we had homemade taco's with sour cream, salsa, cheese, tomaotes, and lettuce. I had hard shells. They were real good, and then a minute ago I had a Raspberry Healthy Creations, Ice cream bar from Schwans. It was real good.
DD went to a birthday party for a friend, DH splurged and bought us pizza from Little Caesar's.
After that I joined DD at the party to watch the fireworks show. It was a lot of fun.
We are having meatloaf with rosemary, broccoli and cheese, corn and homemade dinner rolls. Y U M

I had not been out to Chinese for a few weeks, so amy was gone to picnic, so I decided to go Chinese with Angela, and my brother roland. We had crab legs, and sweet and sour en and you name it. I was straved so it did not take me long to get full.
We also bought a pound of frozen crab legs to take home, for $5.00 a pound. They were big ones. Angela is making some Crab Brochetta tomorrow or the next day.
Hoping your eyes will soon be 100%. It sure is hard to stay of the computer, but rest them eyes and get better. Thinking good thoughts for you!!. Our sight is one of the important sense we have, Be mindful of the Dr. orders.

We had pizza! I did not feel like cooking. I am cooked myself! We went to the pool and I put sunblock on everyone......but me!
