We had meatloaf with mashed taters and a cheese gravy. The meatloaf was anybody's guess as I was babysitting a two month old baby today! I threw in some rosmary and breadcrumbs with an egg and the hamburger and hid a slice of cheddar in the middle and crossed my fingers!!! It turned out great, thank goodness! Even though I left it in the oven for over an hour! The daddy was late picking up the baby!

My son is getting hot dogs & mac & cheese with tomato & bacon bits mixed in, and corn which he will just LOOK at probably but not eat!

I have lentil soup leftover, probably eat that while watching the Bruins game!

Yummy I love anything that cooks in a minute!

Lulu, I cheat because it's easy and everyone likes it

I get a little over 1lb. of ground beef and 2 BiLo meatloaf seasoning packets, add bread crumbs and dice bell pepper and Vidalia onion. Add Worcchestershire Sauce (I love that word, i always spell it differently and it keeps getting longer and longer) and a little ketchup. Loaf it, put it in the pan, top it with Wochesterschireerer sauce/kethcup mixture and a little bit of bread crumbs and bake it for about 45 minutes. I am sure it's not the best meatloaf in town, but they like it, so I'm not going to comlicate it.

How do you make yours?

kylan'smom, that sounds yummy! I miss green peppers and onion! No one but me will eat them in this house! A few posts up I put my recipe that I used last time. It changes everytime!! I have also had to stop putting ketchup on it as my oldest daughter hates ketchup! I have found that rosemary works real well with the hamburger But that is the only consistant thing that I keep in it! I throw whatever tickles me at that moment in it!! Afterall, I am a fruitcake!!

I have a nasty , so tonight we are doing Taco Smell, oh, um, I mean, Taco Bell!
