I had cottage cheese with pineapple. It was yummy.

For Breakfast I ended up with a couple of biscuts, with sausage gravy, and a piece of sausage, and a bowl with fresh strawberries, and banana, and musk mellon. It was real tasty. a brought it over to me, Left from her and Rob's breakfast.
We ended up having Bratwurst and perogies for dinner tonight. There was a free festival downtown that my dd and I spent most of the day at today. Riverfest is an annual festival to educate the populace about the river that runs through the downtown area. There is a lot of free stuff for the kids to do at it.
I had planned a different dinner for tonight, and even took the meat for it out of the freezer, but we returned to the house too late for me to prepare it. I guess it will be used for tomorrow's dinner instead.
It's cottage cheese and pineapple again for me....<sigh> somebody pass me some ribs.

We are having meat loaf, mashed potatoes and a small salad tonight, if I don't decide to get creative in the afternoon and try to find some new recipe for ground beef. Which considering how bored I am becoming with our recent menues is a distinct possibility if it rains today and I can not begin preparing out garden plots.

I found a couple of recipes for hungarian goulash that I am combining tonight for dinner. It sure will beat doing the same old things with ground beef, over and over again. Once again, I found them in that Pillsbury cookbook I used last week. It sure has some good s in it. And to think, I got it through a premium redemption offer.
Not sure what I am fixing tonight. As it is our anniversary, it has to be something special. I am thinking about! I guess I will cruise the cooking section and get some s.
