Chile Relleno Casserole

1 1/2-2 lbs. Monterey Jack Cheese
2 (7 oz.) Ortega Brand Cans- green chiles-Whole

Cut chiles in half and remove seeds.
Place layer in a casserole dish and cover
with layer of cheese. Continue layering..

Combine 2 eggs, 1 3/4 cups milk..
1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp. salt. Pour over
layers. Bake uncovered 50-60 minutes at 350
