Cheesy Garlic Mashed Potatoes
I rarely use canned soup but this recipe is really good.
4 cups hot prepared mashed potatoes
1 can cream of

en soup, undiluted
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups French Fried Onions
In a large microwave safe bowl combine potatoes, soup, 1 cup of cheese and garlic powder. Microwave on high 2 mins. or until cheese is melted. Spoon mixture into a 2 quart baking dish top with remaining cheese and French fried onions. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
