ME-Dawn Posts: n/a	Shepherds Pie Shepherds Pie Ingredients 1 pound ground beef 1 cup of each: corn kernels diced carrots diced onion diced celery 1 Tablespoon garlic 12 ounces mashed potatoes Sauté beef till brown and completely cooked. Drain excess fat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add garlic and all vegetables. Sauté till tender. Taste and correct seasonings. Pour into 9" baking dish and cover with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with Paprika and Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
