3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 can mushrooms (4 ounces)
3 T. soy sauce
1/2 c. cashews
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 tsp. onion, chopped
2 c. chow mein noodles
Put 1 cup noodles in the bottom of a ungreased casserole dish. Mix other ingredients together and put on top of the noodles. Cover with reamining noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
