Serves: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb Ground beef

3/4 c Cheddar; cut in small cubes

1/2 md Green pepper; chopped
1 Stalk celery; sliced thin
ds Paprika
Lots black pepper; freshly
- Ground
Seasoned salt
1/2 c Milk
1/3 c Breadcrumbs; Italian-style
3 sl Bacon

Instructions:
Combine ground beef, egg, cheese, veggies and seasonings. Add milk and
breadcrumbs. If needed, add a little additional milk until it just barely
keeps together in your hands when you try to pick it up. In small open
roasting pan, form into oval. Lay strips of bacon on top. Bake at 450~ for
approximately 1 hour, or until bacon is crisp. Remove to paper towels to
drain before placing on serving platter
or place it in a electic cooker on low for the day. if you make it early in the and place it on low it will be done when you get home to have supper!
