this is awesome!
You need:
2 cans of tuna, drained & flaked
1 family sized (26 oz) bag Green Giant mixed vegetables, frozen
1 can Campbells cream of celery soup
3/4 c milk
1 10 oz box corn bread mix, prepared (such as JIFFY)
salt & pepper to taste.
1) Boil the frozen veggies in salted water 5 mins, drain.
2) Add tuna, soup, milk, salt & pepper, bring just to a boil.

a casserole dish (2 QT or use a lasagna pan) with Pam S

Add hot tuna mixture.
4) Spoon corn bread batter over tuna mixture.
5) bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
