Lightbulb mom on the go casserole!

Your need a square bakeing pan. I line mine with foil so its easyer to clean when i am done.
Ok you will need 2 cans of veg soup
one pound of ground beef
and instant mash potato's your chose on how much you want to make. I uslly do 6 ings size

Ok preheat oven to 350.
brown ground beef in fry pan and start making your mash potato's. in the baking pan place the 2 cans of veg soup on the bottom of pan make shore to cover the whole bottom of the pan. when ground beef is done drain gress and add the ground beef over the veg soup in the pan. (you can add chesse on top of the groud beef if you like) Then when mash potato's are done top the ground beef with the mash patato's make shore to cover the top good with the mash potato's.
Place in oven uncovered to about 20 min check on it from time to time till the potato's get litely brown.
Your done and mmmmmmmmm the kids love it. I know mine do.
