Taco Rolls

2 pkg egg roll wrappers
2 lb hamburger
1 can chopped Rotel (canned tomatoes and green chilies)
salt to taste
grated cheese (your choice)

Brown hamburger and drain fat.

Add tomatoes and green chilies. Salt to taste.

Cook down until all water is gone.

Fill each wrapper with hamburger mixture and top cheese.

Follow directions for sealing egg roll wrappers.

Sounds pretty good.I would have to add sour cream to it though.And then top with shredded lettuce and black olives.
