Melt chocolate and butter over low heat stirring constantly
remove from heat and
stir in sugar until smooth
beat in yolks 1 at a time
beat in vanilla
Chill until firm
teaspoon and roll into balls (keep extra refrigerated while you’re working)
Roll in cocoa and/or chopped hazelnuts.
Place in mini candy papers.
Store in refrigerator.
These are great to store in tins and give as gifts!!
