Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup Karo Syrup
1 cup Boiling water
Powdered sugar (how ever much it takes)
1 tsp. red food coloring (or other colors if desired)
1 + tsp Cinnamon OIL (not extract)
1 Sprinkle a good amount of powdered sugar onto 2

sheets, cover well to keep candy from sticking
2 Cook sugar, Karo and water to 290 degrees F.
3 Add cinnamon Oil and food color.
Be very careful of the fumes! rbounce
Mix well and pour evenly (and slowly over powdered sugar.
Spread candy carefully.
