Thumbs up Dark N Sweet Peanut Candy

makes about 3 1/2 dozen

1 pkg. (6 serv. size) dark chocolate pudding (not instant)
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 Tbls. margarine
2 cups salted peanuts

Place first 4 ingredients in 2 qt. saucepan and bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in peanuts. Beat until candy begins to thicken. Drop
by tablespoonsful onto waxed paper lined baking sheets to form clusters. Allow to .
Store in airtight container.

Alice I have not only made these many times but I can prove they're delicious - if you glanced at my hips you'd plainly see the results rotflmao

These are easy and if you're a dark chocolate lover like I am you will have a new favorite candy

I recall reading somewhere that dark chocolate was healthier than milk chocolate...then again maybe it was a pleasant dream

Trust me they won't last long :D You might want to double the recipe rotflmao

I include these when I make /candy trays as holiday gifts and they're usually the first ones to be eaten.

Well my hips definitely don't need any ! LOL

I love to make candy items for ladies at work and for my family and when they stop over during the holidays. I think you are right on the chocolate thing!

Chocolate always makes me feel much better!!!!!!!
