Quick NO-BAKE "Brownies"

1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped
2 (10 oz.) sqares unsweetened chocolate
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened
condensed milk
2 to 2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (or graham crumbs)
(48 to 60 wafers)

Butter a 9" square pan. In saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in wafer crumbs and 1/4 cup nuts. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Top with remaining 1/4 cup nuts and press slightly onto batter. Chill 4 hours or until firm. Wow these sound great. I think I am safe too because Alice has already been in here.:D
So now if I say, someday I should try these, I won't be in trouble with the Pound Busters.
Thanks for posting these IM

rotflmao Hey Alice and DeeDee and your fellow Pound Busters - they sell fat free sweetened condensed milk (or low fat, still would be doable on your diets)
