Charlie's Fudge
CHARLIE'S FUDGE
In a bowl put:
12 oz. pkg. of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup of nuts (chopped)
2 cups of small marshmallows
In a medium sized saucepan put:
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla
5 oz. (small can) of evaporated milk
Over medium heat bring mixture to a rolling boil while stirring constantly. Continue to stir while maintaining a low rolling boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Put contents of bowl in the saucepan. Stir until all marshmallows are dissolved. Put mixture in a buttered glass pie dish or similar container. Chill 2 or 3 hours before slicing.
