Post Strawberry Summer Soap

Soaps made by our ancestors were far more difficult than those we can make today. When they say "melt and pour", they aren't kidding. Here's what you need to know for your first bar.
3 ounces of (clear) glycerin soap
*red coloring agent (solid or liquid)
5 drops of *strawberry fragrance oil
Weigh the glycerin soap that you will be using and then cut three ounces from the slab. Kitchen scales will come in very handy for this purpose.

Place soap chunks into a pyrex measuring cup and melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds at a time, checking each time to observe the melting process. It is best to proceed slowly. Stir to the process along.

Add tiny amounts of your coloring agent until you have acquired the perfect shade of pink.

Continue stirring to distribute color.
The last step is to add your fragrance. Add a few drops at a time as the scent can be overpowering if you aren't careful. Immediately pour into your mold and allow to completely
