Red, White & Blue Parfaits
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 (16-oz) container vanilla yogurt
2 T lemon juice
2 pints fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
2 pints fresh blueberries, washed
whipped topping for garnish
8 parfait glasses or other clear glasses
Combine cream cheese, yogurt, and lemon juice and mix well.
Place 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture in the bottom of each glass, followed by 1/4 cup strawberries. Repeat with cream cheese mixture and then blueberries.
Top with whipped topping and serve.
