Apple-banana treat

Sugar Free Apple - Banana Treat

Ingredients:
1/2 c Butter
1 c Appleauce
2 Eggs, beaten
4 Bananas, finely crushed
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Vanilla



Instructions:
Cream together butter and applesauce.
Add eggs and crushed bananas.
Combine well.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
Keeps well, refridgerated.
Yield 1 Loaf.

DeeDee this sounds wonderful - I just bought bananas today and I have everything else...I am definately making this tomorrow!!!!!
