and took it into the Dr's office I worked at for all the girls and worked well for a breakfast snack!! It is also very easy!
French Baked Cherry Dessert (clafouti)
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 ci[ gramulated sigar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups pitted dark sweet cherries
powdered sugar
Heat oven to 350. Beat eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar and the vanilla with hand beater until smooth. Spread cherries in a greased oblong baking dish, 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inches or square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Pour batter over cherries. Bake uncovered until puffed and golden brown, 45 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
You can serve the leftovers

with cream.
