1 pkg. (8-serving size) Lemon Flavor Gelatin
2 cups

apple juice
1 small green apple, diced
1 small red apple, diced
STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in

juice. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
STIR in apples. Pour into 6-cup mold s

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired.
