Double Orange Refrigerator Cake

[color=orangered]
1 Orange cake
1 4oz. orange jell-o
1 8oz can manderian oranges
1 8oz tub Cool Whip
1 small box instant vanilla pudding

Prepare cake as on package. Cool 25 minutes. Dissolve Jello in 2/3 Cup boiling water. Stir in 2/3 cup water. Poke holes in top of cake with fork. Pour Jello over cake. Cover and refrigerate.
Combine manderian oranges and whip. Add dry pudding mix. Stir in little less than 2/3cup of juice from oranges in a large bowl.
Stir until mixed crushing oranges slightly.
Spread on top of cake.
Keep in refrigerator.

Mrs. Fish....now this sounds really good!! Similar to the Mandarin Orange Cake I posted....but, this really sounds good!! Real easy to make and I like the fact that you will be able to actually taste the orange. Unlike the one I posted...it tasted more like pineapple to me.

Thank you for sharing this!!! Will have to give it a try!!

I wanna try this but I got busted at the lemon cake thread by one of my fellow dieters so I can't make it!!!! But perhaps around the holidays like the lemon cake!
