1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 teas cinnamon
1 teas ginger
3/4 tea salt
1 1/2 cups mashed canned pumpkin
2 eggs
pastry for 9 inch pie
Pre heat oven to 425
Heat milk to boiling point mix sugar, spices and salt. Add to pumpkin and eggs. Pour into unbaked pie shell, place in oven, and bake for 15 min. Set oven back now to 350 and cook 25 to 30 min
