Rice Pudding
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups

cooked rice
1 cup raisins
½ cup sugar
1/8 tea salt
1 tea vanilla
Dash nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 beat eggs until light. Add to milk and rice. Add other ingredients lightly. Place in 2 quart buttered casserole or baking dish.
Bake uncovered in shallow pan of water for about an hour.
Custard
2cups milk
½ cups sugar
2 eggs
Small pinch if salt
Beat together and warm in saucepan to Luke warm. Put in ¾ tsp. lemon or vanilla. Pour into baking dish or cups and place in pan of water. Sprinkle on cinnamon. Put in oven at 400 and when beginning to thicken turn off heat and let remain in oven until
