Banana Sour Cream Cake
This cake is moist and delicious! Plus it is easy!

1 stick (1/2 cup) plus 2 T butter or margarine
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
3 mashed bananas (or 4 if they are small)
2/3 cup sour cream
3 cups self-rising flour
Cream butter vanilla and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, incorporating each one well. Mix in bananas, sour cream and flour, mixing well. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
Just a note......The riper the bananas, the better the cake!! Hope you will try it out, my family loves it!
