Berry Freeze

I still have an endless supply of black berries here so I searched around for a refreshing treat for my kids to use some of them up. This recipe is REALLY yummy and the kids can't get enough! On a hot day a slab of this is just what the doctor ordered!
Very easy too...

Ingredients

3/4 cup white sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries (I used fresh blackberries instead)
2 bananas, diced
1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions
1 In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and cream cheese until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix together the pineapple, strawberries, bananas, and whipped topping. Fold the fruit mixture into the cream cheese mixture until evenly blended.
2 Spread into a 9x13 inch gl*** dish, or divide among several smaller serving . Cover with plastic wrap, and freeze overnight.
3 Thaw for approximately 20 minutes before serving.

OH MAN Holly that sounds AWESOME!!! I want some!

I, like you have a freezer over flowing with frozen fruit from earlier this year! Kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, etc...this would be an excellent recipe to me get RID of them!!!

And sounds like something everyone would LOVE!!!

Thank you so much for sharing! I'm printing this one out!

Yummy! Thanks Holly! It's just what I need for my sweet h in this heat....of course I probably shouldn't eat it... but I'll enjoy it better than just slapppin' that cream cheese and whipped cream on my hips!
