Hi Bella!! How are you??

Just use the small pkgs....this really is a fun and delicious dessert. And you get 2 pies outta this recipe. Just like with the Millionaire Pies I posted.

Hope you and your family enjoy the koolaid pies! Let me know what you thought about them..sometime. Take care and God bless!

I will let you know how my family likes this pie. We are going out of town tuesday but I will probably make it next weekend!

Have any other easy recipes with sweetened condensed milk? (I did get your millionaire pie recipe)

Hi Cindy

Thanks for your kind words! My husband has to work out of town this coming week and my Dad has to go out of town as well. So my mom and me decided to take my kiddos to the beach! Its about 3 hours away but lots of fun! I don't know if I will be able to handle being away from momzone but I guess I will see.

Btw~ My name is Lorraine. I have it in my signature line but many don't see it.

I may have to call you my "sweetened condensed milk pal" LOL!

Thanks again!

Well hello there Jeanette! I don't think we've had the pleasure of meeting....man...I've been gone longer than I realized!rotflmao Welcome to mom zone!!

This pie recipe is sooo versatile..that's why I like it..and kids...they love it!! All ages...my kids are 16 and 15...and nephews are 8, 10 and 14...all love it!

Lets see...I've experimented with this so much..as far as trying different flavors and adding my own little personal touch...

These are a few of the flavors I've tried.....hope one of 'em tickles your fancy and the kiddos tummies....

Used Lemon- Lime..."nice take on Key Lime Pie"
Mandarin-Tangarine....adding Mandarin Oranges ( very well drained) on top of the crust before adding the mixture....wasn't too bad
Strawberry...nummy
And there's one flavor of koolaid that I can't remember the name of at the moment...I wanna say "Ice Blue something" any who...it has a blueberry flavor to it...and I take a little of the blueberry pie filling, spreading it on the crust and pour the mixture on top...and refrigerate....really very good.

Well my friend...I hope I ed...and if you make the pies..(remember it makes two) I hope you and your family enjoy them...let me know how it goes!!

Take care..............

Aloha Cindy. This may sound like a stupid question, but: do you "make" the Koolaid, or just poor in the powder mix?? And this is the mix already with the sugar right?
Geez, I'm so out of it.. I would just want to make it right...
I want to try the Lemon-Lime flavor since I totally love Key Lime Pie! I think I could eat a whole one myself!
