Butter Pecan Coffee Cake
A lady at work brought this Friday and it was so moist and good.. I asked for the recipe, so I thought I would share.. It sounds easy..
Butter pecan Coffee Cake
1 can Betty Crocker Coconut Pecan Frosting
1 Box Betty crocker Better Pecan Cake mix
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup of milk
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, oil and milk together.... Then add box cake mix and blend until moistened. Add can of frosting and mix well. You can mix by hand or mixer on low/medium speed.
Pour into a lightly oiled bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven @350° for 50-55 minutes, until firm and springs back upon touching. Cool completely. Invert on serving plate. If desired you can mix up a glaze of 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter and a dash of vanilla and pour over top of cake.
