Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake Brownies
- 2 to 3 tubes chocolate chip or chunk  dough
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 tsp vannilla
- 2 pkgs of cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 to 2 cups sugar
Spread 1 to 1 1/2 tubes dough in bottom of a brownie pan... reserve remaining dough. Combine all other ingredients (mixture will be a little runny). Pour over pressed dough. Crumble remaining dough over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 50 min depending on your oven - when center is set. These brownies are very rich. Everyone will want the recipe!
P.S. They freeze pretty well too...Great served with  ! I sometimes melt caramel candies or chocolate chips and drizzle over top of slightly  ed cake...makes a great presentation!
