Quick N Easy UPSIDE DOWN COBBLER!

1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 TBLSP
Baking powder
1/2 cup milk

Mix all the top ingredients together to make a batter...

1 stick butter

1 large can sliced peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1 tSP
cinnamon

first put the stick of butter in a 9X13 pan, put in oven until butter is melted....
take out of oven

dump the batter over melted butter...
then
dump peaches over the batter
sprinkle peaches with the other sugar and cinnamon

bake at 350 for 1hour!
When you pull it out the crust is on top
realy how it works and really really easy


MY KIDS AND HUSBAND REALLY ENJOY THIS ONE TOO!!!

i just got back from the store where i bought all the ingredients for this cake to make tonite


does anyone know do i leave the syrup in the peaches or drain it off?????????????????????

leave the syrup on them ...you can even add an extra can if you want to


I have also done this same recipe with cherry pie filling...works great also

I made this tonight- it was pretty good. I just noticed that I was to leave the syrup in- I drained it out. I bet it would have been better with it.
Last time I made cobbler it was horrible!!! This was better. Thanks.
I bet it is good with black berries.

ok here is my report on it.............

the family loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have none left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the db wants it with cherry pie filling next time so we will go that route!!!


so much for a fun easy delicious dessert tonite!!!!!!!!!!

We never have left overs and I bet the black berries would be good!!!
I think you could do it with any fruit or pie filling
