1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 Tbs. margarine, melted
Mix first 5 ingredients; stir in egg, milk, and margarine. Blend
until smooth. If batter is too thick, thin with additional milk.
Cook on a hot, lightly-oiled griddle.
