2 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup orange juice
10 english muffin halves
1 cup graham crackers, crushed
butter
Combine eggs, cinnamon and orange juice. Dip muffin halves into mixture and then into crumbs. Place butter in frying pan and fry muffin halves on both sides until brown. Serve with warm syrup.
