Breakfast Cereal CookiesIngredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup wheat or barley cereal
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
Serves: Makes 1.5 dozen
Preparation Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2. In medium bowl, beat together butter, sugar, egg, orange jice concentrate and orange peel until light and fluffy. Add flour and baking powder, beating until blended. Stir in cereal.
