2 loaves (1 pound each) frozen bread dough, thawed and cut into 1-inch cubes

2. In a large bowl, combine the oil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, and onion powder; mix well. Add the bread dough and toss to coat completely.
3. Divide the dough equally into the muffin cups; cover, and allow to rise for 40 minutes, or until doubled in size.
4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
