3 c. sugar
4 eggs (beaten)
2 sticks of margerine, melted
2/3 c. water
2 cups of pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c. flour
1 cup of pecans (optional)
This is a No fuss recipe! Take a large bowl and add in the ingredients in the order given until well blended together.
Bake in a loaf pan for 1 hour (or until done) at 350 degrees
Shelly, will this all fit in ONE loaf pan? This sounds awesome....I may run in the kitchen right now and make it....it is 12:25 AM and I need to make something for the kids breakfast so I can go to bed.
