Apple Cinnamon Bread
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
3 large apples; peel and chop 1-1/2 apples and shred the other 1-1/2 apples
2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation:
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, eggs and butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add apples, mix well.
ADD combined rest of dry ingredients; mix until moistened. Pour into a greased and floured 9xx5 inch loaf pan.
BAKE 1 hour and 10 minutes or until

hpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes; remove from pan. Cool on wire rack. Cut into slices and serve warm or
