4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
4 large eggs
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
2/3 cup water
1 cup chopped pecans
Beat first 14 ingredients at medium speed with electric mixer just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in pecans. Spoon evenly into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a wooden

hpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes. Remove and

completely.
