Site For Finding Books and Magazines
Finding books and magazines
Unfortunately the Internet doesn’t contain all the information in the world. Sometimes you have to go low-tech and get a book or periodical.
But with WorldCat, you can use the Internet to locate printed materials. It searches library catalogs for what you need. You can read descriptions of the matches for your search. Then type in your ZIP code to find local libraries that carry the title. It’s way !
Start by reading about how the search works. Then you can try the search directly from WorldCat’s site. If this is something you like, you might want to download some search tools. The tools you search via a browser toolbar.
