Banana Shake - lowfat, high in potassium

This shake has plenty of potassium and it great for ladies, like me who have high blood pressure, plus it's VERY low in fat!

Banana Shake Makes 4 servings

2 bananas, sliced
2 cups skim or fat free milk
2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup pineapple juice
1 Tbls. honey

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve immediately.

Per serving: calories: 219 fat: 0.5g
Sodium:134mg Potassium: 763mg
