Stingers - cocktails in honor of Ms. Bumbles

Plain Stinger: (some versions leave out the vodka...I say NEVER omit vodka if you don't have to rotflmao)

1 1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz Vodka

Shake with ice, strain, serve in cocktail glass

Bee Stinger:

1 1/2 oz Blackberry brandy
1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe

Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Italian Stinger:

3/4 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Galliano

Fill Old-fashioned glass with ice. Add Brandy and Galliano. Stir and garnish with wedge of lime.

Arizona Stinger

2 shots Absolut Vodka
12 oz Iced tea w/lemon

Place ice cubes in a hurricane glass . Add the 2 HEAPING shots of Absolute Vodka (Note: You can add as many shots of Absolute as you want!) Fill the rest of glass with the Arizona Icetea w/lemon. Stir to mix using a spoon. Drink up and enjoy!!!!!!!

Allegedly this drink was stumbled upon (and I mean stumbled) accidentally on Halloween night by people dressed as bees ! As the rest of the story goes, it's safe to say they got stung that night! B

we were all bartenders at one point or another. I was one when I was pregnant with my son. Wooooowwww 20 years ago! I made so much money. I would get a tip for me and a tip for the baby!

Whoooooooooooooa! Lovin' the Arizona Stinger (not a Brandy drinker but Vodka and Ice Tea is my drink soooo)

I was a bartender too. Three different times in my life. I would go back to it in a heartbeat if i had childcare because whwn I tended bar I always had money!

HAHAHA I tended bar too, also DJ'd karoake nights at the same place and I made lots of moolah!!!! If only I didn't have back problems I'd work as a bartender again in a heartbeat.

I don't care much for brandy either, vodka, wine or just give me my fav ice water...I don't need alcohol to have people asking me how much I had to drink rotflmao

I don't like Creme de Menthe, but the Arizona Stinger sounds great. I'm going to try that one. Thanks!!!
