Pink Lady (in honor of DeeDee's new avatar

1 1/2 oz Gin
1 tsp Grenadine
1 tsp Light cream
1 Egg white

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

And here's another one that fits...

Fairytale

6 oz Absolut Vodka
4 oz Chocolate syrup (light chocolate preferably)
2 oz crushed Strawberries
3 oz crushed Ice

Just pour the vodka and the chocolate syrup together in a glass. Shake well. Then add the mixture of crushed ice and strawberries.

MMMMM this sounds very good. I think I may have had one of these years ago.

Thank you IM. It is great to be honored in such a nice 'pink' way.

My pleasure DeeDee, or I should say pink lady
Did you post your response before or after I edited my thread to include the fairytale drink?

I posted my response before. Now I have to check out the fairytale one.

Oh boy, maybe at Christmas I will have to try this one out. It really sounds good, especially with the chocolate in there. Now watch how fast Alice catches me on that one. rotflmao

Somewhere I have a silly list of diet rules..I'll look for it so you can prove to your fellow weightloss members that chocolate's just fine. Really chocolate is fat free, like Hershey's syrup, however it's not calorie free :(

Yeaaaaa I found the drinks all on my own!!!! After the day I have had (yessss still car hunting) this is a major feat!

Can't wait to try one. If I wasn't too tired I would go to the market and get the ingredients to make one. Sure could use it! Tonight I will settle for a glass of wine! (or two)

Monica...car hunting justifies a bottle of wine, not just a glass or two!!!! I bet people who sell cars are more detested than dentists.

Most are such scum!!!!!!! But in all honesty I have met a couple that are nice. Tomorrow I have several more appts to look at cars. One even with a private party. Those are my favorites.

As for the bottle of wine....it would just put me out and I have tons of work to catch up on! Because of this car think I am falling behind. On the zone you ask??? What am I doing here instead of working you ask???? Shhhhhhh don't ask that too loud, my conscience might wake up and make me feel guilty. And right now I need mind candy!!!!

Yes DeeDee I caught that one on the drink. I have always said chocolate is part of the Food Groups!!!!!!

I like the of the Fairytail drink. We can have 1 on Dec. 19th!

Or maybe sooner in my case cuz I am going to my Bro's annual Halloween party this Sat. My SIL said she was making Margarita's
I think I will have to go check out the strawberry aisle. I always have chocolate syrup on hand!!! LOL

Chocolate is definitely high in calories but oohh so worth it!!!!
That has been my hardest thing to give up!!!!!!!

C Yall
