Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients:
lavender buds
hisbiscus
Directions
Lemonade 1 5 cups water 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 Lav Lem pkg.. Mix1 1/2 cups fresh or 1 cup bottled lemon juice. Lemonade 2 6 1/2 cuwater 1 cu. sugar 1/2 Lav Lem pkg.. Mix1 1/2 cups fresh or 1 cup bottled lemon juice. What I did last summer and was a big hit was I packaged in the small zip lock plastic bags lavender and chopped small hisbiscus (for color) in the package and made a tag with the following on lavender colored paper with a pic (of course) the following... In Sauce pan, combine 2 cups of water, sugar, Lavender Lemonade Mix. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Simmer a few minutes to extract the color from the hibiscus. Remove from heat and allow to . Strain into a large pitcher or jar. Chill. Add remaining water and lemon juice. Add Ice before serving. Float lemon slices garnished with sprigs of Lavender in the punch if so desired.
