Apple Pie in a Glas$


A wonderful apple pie smoothie.

Serving: 1
Prep Time: 2 minutes minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp frozen apple juice concentrate not diluted
1/2 cup low-fat or fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, and enjoy!
